Thanks so much for
making our stay in Moab so delightful. We very much
enjoyed meeting you and being on the receiving end of
your warm and gracious hospitality. Your B&B is
the best! Neil & Maribeth Powell, Park City,
Utah
Thank you for showing us the best of what a B&B
can be. The food was INCREDIBLE but the people were
better!!
David & MerriLee O'Brien - Dallas, TX
We had absolutely the best time. It was like staying
with old friends (except that none of my friends can
cook like Dave!) Thanks for everything!
Roseanne & Jim - San Francisco
We are grateful we found you!! You have mastered the
art of gracious hospitality, including food, decorating
and welcoming spirits. So glad we had 2 nights with
you. You're expected in Milwaukee some find day!! Warm
regards.

Welcome to Cali Cochitta
Bed & Breakfast!
Aztec meaning: "House
of Dreams" |

The Inn....
Located in the heart of spectacular
"Red Rock Country... a wonderland of breathtaking panoramas,
Cali Cochitta, the "House of Dreams" is secluded from
traffic and noise ... yet a short walk from local shops and activities
2 blocks east of main street.
One of the first homes built
in Moab, Cali Cochitta is a late 1800's Victorian home, restored
and renovated to its original classic style. At least one morning
during your stay, we urge you to wake early. Sit on the front
porch with a cup of fresh ground coffee, tea or freshly squeezed
juice and enjoy a Southern Utah sunrise ... it's a sensory experience
you'll not soon forget.

Dave and Kim,
We want to thank you both again from the Maertens and Browns
for such a wonderful stay in Moab, this time for three nights.
Don't know where to begin other than commending you both on
a B&B stay that certainly remains one of the best we have
ever experienced. In fact, after staying in B&Bs in Snowflake
and Flagstaff, AZ, your B&B really exceeds standards!
Someday, we look forward to briefing you both on our stays there.
You all have it right. You all have captured the essence of
what a superb B&B should be. Your sincerity, friendship,
consideration and refreshing kindness is very well appreciated.
As I mentioned in last year's
email note to you both, we have stayed at many B&Bs, so
this praise should not be taken lightly. Anyway, the dinner
again was superb and I still wish I could spell and pronounce
"cook" much less learn how to cook someday. David,
that dinner will go down as one of the best we have ever had.
Where did you come up with that sauce?
The "House of Dreams"
is first class in all areas. Hopefully someday down the road
we will return. We will certainly keep in touch and talk your
B&B up with our friends.
We wish you continued success!
Will send you an updated photo of the four of us from our
recent Utah-Arizona tour. We still have so much more to see
and do. Hiking, biking, rafting, eating, relaxing. Hey, what
a great time. All the best.
Buddy Maertens, Columbia, S.C.
