His catering experience includes functions for National and International organizations and dignitaries including President George Bush. He has catered to groups as large as 5,000 and has received numerous awards for food and table presentation. |

has a natural genius for decorating -- and her creativity
is showcased in each unique room of the Inn. She
is passionate about gardening, inventing clever
crafts and art pieces, and has even been known to
make furniture when she can't find what she wants!
Her warmth and personality have made her a well
known and well loved member of the Moab community. |
